BarUniveristy.com, LLC and its affiliates ("BarUniversity", "us" or "we") appreciate that you may be concerned about the privacy of personal information that you provide to us through the Website located at www.BarUniveristy.com (the "Website"), and we respect your right to protect your personal information. What Information Do We Collect about You?

We collect two types of information: personally identifiable information (PII) and non-personally identifiable information (Non-PII), which is also referred to as aggregate and anonymous data.

· PII.

o Voluntary Information Provided by You: The null collects PII whenever you voluntarily provide it, such as when you complete an online form to request information about our products or services, register for our on line seminars, or arrange a one-on-one tour of the BarUniveristy.com . How do We use Your Information?

· PII. We use PII to provide information you request, register you for our on line seminars, or contact you when requested. Some seminars are provided by third-parties with which we have various business arrangements. If you register for one of these seminars or classes, the PII you provide will be forwarded to the seminar provider. If you check the box that you would like to be notified about upcoming events or special offers from BarUniveristy.com, then we will also send you this information.

At least one of the Website pages contains an invitation to join an e-mail list. For example, you may ask to automatically receive BarUniveristy.com information. If you join an e-mail list, you will receive e-mail containing updates and news relevant to the subject matter you requested. The Website is operated and controlled by BarUniveristy.com in the United States. We make no representations that any materials on the Website are appropriate for use outside of the United States.

We also do not intend for the Website to be used by children under the age of 18, nor do we seek to collect information about children under this age. If you are under the age of 18, we request that you do not use or visit this Website and you do not provide us with any PII.
